Annual HOA Meeting
The Tyler's Crossing annual HOA meeting for all homeowners to attend will be held on March 12, 2025.
6:30 - 7:45pm. This will be held at the MidPointe Library in West Chester at the Union Center location.

Garbage Can Compliance
Homeowners are required to keep their garbage cans in their garage or behind their house, and out of sight. Garbage cans may not be kept in the front or side of the home, even if they are hidden or covered. We will soon begin to fine homeowners who do not comply with this bylaw.
Annual Assessment
The annual assessment for 2025 is due before 1/1/2025.

Pay By Credit or Debit Card with Convenience Fee
Tylers Crossing annual assessment of $400 is due by January 1, 2025.
You can pay your annual assessment online, with a 3.063% convenience fee to cover the 3.063% credit card fee. If you wish to pay by check, mail it in as directed above, so the check is received by the due date of January 1, 2025. (Currently, online bank daft is not available.)
2025 Annual Dues
The pool is now officially closed for the season and is currently planned to reopen on Memorial day 2025.
The 2025 Annual Assessment is due now, to be paid by January 1, 2025. You can pay via check through the mail, or by credit or debit cad online (with a 3% convenience fee to cover the cc fee cost). The annual assessment will be considered late if received after January 31, 2025. A late fee of $55 per month, in addition to annual interest of 12%, will be charged beginning February 1, 2025. Thank you in advance for paying your annual assessment before the January 1, 2025 due date. (Currently online bank draft is not available.)
